    Safety Precautions Technician Notes  Only authorized technicians should attempt to repair this equipment.  Before installing this system, carefully read all the manuals included with the system.  All repair procedures allow only module replacement. Because of the complexity of the individual boards and sub-assemblies, no one should attempt to make repairs at the component level or make modifications to any printed wiring board.

    Rack Mounting The AI72 can be mounted in a rack using the supplied rack mounting kit. Installing the Server in a Rack Follow these instructions to mount the AI72 into an industry standard 19" rack. Installing the inner Rails to the Chassis Release and detach the inner rail from the sliding rail.

    Replacing the System Components Replacing System Fans 1. AI72 is equipped with ten system fans which can be repacked if needed. 2. Disconnect the fan cable. 3. Lift the fan which you need to replace a new one.

    Replacing the Power Supply To replace the power supply follow these instructions. Press the tab as shown in the diagram and pull out the power. Free the power from the power socket. Replace a new single power and reinsert it into the power socket following the above steps in reverse.
