5. INSTRUCTIONS FOR
COMMISSIONING
5.1. UNPACKING AND MATERIALS LIST
This machine includes the following items that you will
find inside the box:
1. Scissors.
2. Battery (x2)
3. Charger.
4. Tools.
5. Manual.
5.2. BATTERY CHARGE
The supply voltage and current must comply with the
indications on the charger plate.
Before using the battery for the first time, charge it for
at least 1 hour.
To charge the battery, connect the charger to the
mains, connect the cable to the T connector of the
battery and the led will light up. When the battery is
fully charged the Led will change from red to Green.
When the battery is charged remove it from the
charger. If you leave the battery in the charger and it is
charged, the charger will automatically turn off after 2
hours with the green LED on.
The charging time of a fully discharged battery is 1 to
1.5 hours.
If you insert the battery into the charger and the
red and green LEDs start to flash, it means that
your battery is broken or that this battery does not
correspond to this charger.
Recharge the battery when you notice the power of
your machine decreases. Avoid using the machine
until the battery is fully discharged.
Notes:
- The battery will require 2 or 3 full charge discharge
cycles to achieve its maximum energy storage
capacity.
- This battery has no memory effect so it is not
necessary to fully discharge it before recharging.
- If you are not going to use the battery for a long
period of time, charge it to the maximum, store it in an
appropriate place and recharge it every 30 days.
- Follow these tips to ensure that your battery's
charging capacity is maintained for as long as
possible:
- Avoid fully discharging the battery. The life of the
battery will be longer if you recharge the battery when
you notice that the power of your machine decreases
and do not let it completely drain.
- Always recharge the battery after using the machine.
Do not store the battery discharged or at half charge.
- Always recharge the battery inside your home or
garage to preserve the battery and charger from
moisture and inclement weather.
