To load a PRL into the phone

Use the PRL dialog box as shown below. Click the Load PRL From File button, and
choose the desired file, which will then appear in the list on the left side of the window.
Highlight the desired file in the list so that it is blue, then click the Write PRL To Phone
button. At the bottom of the dialog box, a status message will indicate if the file was
loaded correctly or not.

To change between Normal and Local modes

To make a call, the phone should be in normal mode. In normal mode, the phone soft-
