Troubleshooting

If the device does not work properly, check whether you are able to rectify the problem
yourself. If the problem cannot be solved with the steps that are listed, contact the
customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair a defective electrical device yourself!
Problem
The device cannot
be switched on.
The fuse in the fuse
box is triggered.
The programme
is aborted
prematurely.
The programme
is aborted
prematurely. / The
two control lamps
are fl ashing.
Milk runs out of the
milk container.

Possible cause
The mains plug is not inserted
correctly in the plug socket.
The plug socket is defective.
No mains voltage is present.
The overheating protection
has been activated.
No error can be identifi ed.
The milk container (5) has
been removed from the base
station (3) during operation.
The motor is overloaded.
There is too much milk in the
milk container.
Fix
Insert the mains plug.
Try another plug socket.
Check the fuse of the mains
connection.
Allow the device to cool
down for approx. 5 minutes.
Start the programme you
want again (see the "Safety
Devices" chapter)
Contact our customer service
department.
Place the milk container back
on the base station. Start the
programme you want again.
Wait around 5 minutes until
the control lamps go out.
