5.7 Adjusting Blades
• Loosen bolts A (M24x50) and counter nuts
B (M20) at both sides.
• Adjust blade with nuts C (M20).
• When blade is in proper position,
tighten bolts A (M24x50) and counter nuts B (M20)
with torque 730Nm.
• In case the desired blade position cannot be reached,
check guides and plastic guides, and replace if necessary.
When they are still in good condition, probably the blade points
must be unbent.
Important: Unbend with hydraulic press in cold state.
Never heaten the blade !!!
