Warning Cause
TUR unit A timeout error has
operation occurred in the
timeout take-up reel unit.
This error occurs
when the take-up
slack upper limit
sensor detects the
media during a
prescribed time.
TUR unit The TUR unit is not
installed properly
and the take-up
direction switch is
set to OFF.
Ink is Remaining ink has

electromagnetic clutch
operation in the
ACTUATORS menu.
Push the TUR unit - Check that the TUR
as far as it goes switch cable is not
under the printer. damaged or broken,
and that its connector is
connected correctly.
- Check that the
connector of the TUR
slide switch cable is
correctly connected.
Prepare a new ink Install the last firmware
cartridge. version.
