3. REPAIRS
27. Connect the motor to the SCU (wire one way connector).
28. Remount motor and cover, replace screws.
29. Calibrate the SCU as described in chapter 2.2.6.
29. Inspect the sunroof for proper electrical and mechanical functioning.
30. Remount headliner.
31. Remount sunshade or ventilation tray and trim tray, drain channel, panel, wind deflector and
mechanism covers.
32. Final inspection of unit.
3.4 Timing of the drive cables
1. Fully vent panel (1,100).
2. (For the HOLLANDIA 700 - 40 series) Remove LH/RH mechanism covers (7).
3. (For the HOLLANDIA 700 - 20 series) Disconnect the trim tray (103) from the drain channel (102)
and slide the trim tray rearwards
4. Fully close panel.
5. Drop rear of headliner to access motor cover plate (48).
6. Remove motor cover, motor (46) now drops down.
7. Disconnect SCU(51) unit wires and remove the motor.
8. Dismount SCU with screw (53), drop the front and slide back.
