Sunroof models
All Hollandia 700-II sunroofs (Entry and Comfort)
Preparation
•
Connect to a power supply and perform basic push and hold operation during the bench test to verify
mechanical functionality.
•
The 700-II comfort level series sunroof does not come pre-initialized; the initialization procedure below
must be performed after the unit has been installed into the vehicle.
Initialization Procedure
After the sunroof unit has been installed into the vehicle, connect the wiring to the sunroof control unit (SCU),
power supply and switch.
Note: First connect the power supply with the SCU then connect the switch.
Now the sunroof unit must be initialized.
Warning:
During initialization jamming protection is inoperable. Therefore, use extreme caution while
performing this procedure.
H700 Comfort
• Start the initialization procedure with the glass panel in the
full closed position.
• Confirm the vehicle is in PARK and start the engine to assure
voltage is above 11 (volts) during initialization.
• Press button
After approx. 10 sec. the glass panel will:
o move towards the FULL TILT position
o stay in FULL TILT position for approx. 2 sec.
o move towards FULL SLIDE OPEN position
o move towards FULL CLOSED position
o move towards FULL SLIDE OPEN position
o move towards the FULL TILT position
o move towards FULL CLOSED position.
•
Release button
The sunroof system is now initialized.
•
If the initialization is not successful, check if the sunroof
installation is done correctly.
Turn the ignition key to "OFF" and back to the "RUN"
position and try again.
