Servicing oil pump
Special tools:
(999) 2654 Puller
6849 Drift
6850 Reamer
1. Use puller 2654 to remove the oil pump drive gear
from the shaft.
2. Dismantle the oil pump.
Check the pump body for scoring and wear also for
leakage signs between the bracket and the pump
body. The contact surfaces will be black if there is
leakage.

NOTE! The bushings must be pressed in from the
"outside", as shown below.

NOTE! The bushings in the middle pump bodies are a
bit narrower and must be centered otherwise they will
block the oil drillings.
