LCD Failure

a. Check the resistance of each signal pin, they shall be 2M to 5M ohm.
b. Check the driver IC and circuit on the panel of LCM has broken or not.
c. Change a working part to confirm QSC6030 control path is ok or not.
d. The control line of RESX (J1200.17) shall be keep to High (2.6V) after system turn-on.
d. Check power supply voltage shall be 2.9V
