UIM Card failure
a. Check USIM function by #190# test mode.
b. Check J600, R602, R603 and R606 were soldering well.
c. Check VREG_RUIM has 3V when SIM card existence.
d. Check J600 pin-2 shall be keep to 2.6V once system turn-on.
e. Check J600 pin-3 shall be have 2.4MHz clock input.
f. Change a QSC6030 to confirm main chip failure.
