Inventory checklist

Make sure that the shipping carton contains the following items:
• One Fibre Channel switch module: Brocade 4 Gb SAN Switch Module for Intel
Chassis
• The Brocade 4 Gb SAN Switch Module Installation Guide
• The Resource CD
• One diagnostic wrap plug
• Safety flyer
• End User License Agreement
Note: If any of these items is missing or damaged, contact your authorized reseller for
replacement.
