5.2 Riempimento olio

Il riduttore viene fornito privo di
olio ma predisposto con tappi di carico, scarico e
livello. Prima della messa in funzione occorre
fare il riempimento.
1. Con l'asse del riduttore in orizzontale, ruotare il
corpo fino a che il tappo di scarico (1A) si trovi in
basso
sull'asse
verticale
chiusura.
2. Svitare i tappi di carico e livello olio (1A-1B).
3. Riempire dal foro (1A) fino a che l'olio lubrificante
(vedi paragrafo 5.1) non fuoriesca dal foro (1B).
4. Avvitare il tappi di carico e livello olio (1A-1B) e
mettere in funzione il riduttore; attendere qualche
istante, poi verificare nuovamente il livello dell'olio.
5. Aggiungere olio lubrificante se necessario.

disegno di installazione).
5.3 Scarico e sostituzione olio
1. Con l'asse del riduttore in orizzontale, ruotare il
corpo fino a che il tappo di scarico (1B) si trovi in
basso
sull'asse
verticale
chiusura.
2. Svitare i tappi (1A-1B) e fare defluire l'olio in un
recipiente
sufficientemente
agevolare l'operazione di scarico è bene operare
con olio caldo.
3. Attendere qualche minuto affinché tutto l'olio sia
uscito, quindi avvitare i tappi (1A-1B).
4. Effettuare il riempimento dell'olio seguendo le
modalità predefinite (vedi paragrafo 5.2).

Si raccomanda di non miscelare
olii a base minerale con olii a base sintetica e
viceversa.

Non disperdere l' olio nell'
ambiente ma smaltirlo rispettando le leggi vigenti
in materia.

Qualora il riduttore sia riempito
con olio lubrificante al giusto livello (paragrafo
7.1), attenersi alle istruzioni riportate in dettaglio
ai paragrafi 5.2-5.3 solo per i cambi olio
successivi alla messa in esercizio.

5.2 Oil filling

The gearbox is supplied without
oil; anyway it has filling, draining and oil level
plugs. Before putting the gearbox into operation,
it is necessary to fill it with oil.
1. Check that the gearbox axis is horizontal. Rotate
the gearbox housing until the drain plug (1A) is on
the bottom of the vertical axis of the end cover.
2. Unscrew the fill and level oil plugs (1A-1B).
3. Fill from the hole (1A) until the lubricant oil (see
Section 5.1) flows out from the hole (1B).
4. Tighten the fill and level oil plugs (1A-1B) and let
the gearbox run. After a few minutes, stop and
check the oil level.
5. If necessary, refill with lubricant oil.
(Size and dimension of plugs are shown on the
installation drawing).
5.3 Oil draining and replacement
1. Check that the gearbox axis is horizontal. Rotate
the gearbox housing until the drain plug (1B) is on
the bottom of the vertical axis of the end cover.
2. Unscrew the plugs (1A-1B) and let the oil flow in a
large enough container; in order to facilitate the
draining must be oil still warm.
3. Wait a few minutes until all the oil is drained and
then proceed to screw on the plugs (1A-1B).
4. Proceed with the oil fill-up following the procedures
given (see Section 5.2).

Never mix mineral oils with
synthetic oils and vice versa.

Do not dispose of the oil in the
natural environment but be careful to eliminate it
in
compliance with the relative rules and
regulations that govern locally.

In case the gearbox is factory
filled with lubricant oil at level (section 7.1) ,follow
the procedures given in detail at sections 5.2-5.3
only for the oil replacements following the start
up and running in.
