1. Walk pad support
3. Move axle forward until clamps lean
on the front rollers supports.

4. Install the RH walk pad support
at left and the LH walk pad sup-
port at right. Tighten bolts to
11.5 N•m ± 1.5 N•m.
5. Tighten
axle
11.5 N•m ± 1.5 N•m.
Rollers
The rollers are preset to suit all
Sea-Doo personal watercraft (PWC)
hull designs, however, a universal
rule applies: rollers must lean square
against a plain area of the hull.
Make sure the rollers or bunks are well
positioned.

A. Plain area of hull
1. Roller square with hull
Tongue Weight
Move iCatch support towards front or
rear of trailer in order to adjust tongue
weight.
The tongue weight should be from 3
to 10% of the total trailer and PWC
weight with tongue parallel to the
ground.
A measurement is provided as an indi-
cation, however, the 3 to 10% rule pre-
vails.

measurement instructions.
