Service and warranty

During a period of 24 months after the purchase date, there is no cost to you for rectifi-
cation of cases covered under the warranty. Wear and tear items or defects that negli-
gibly influence the value, or the serviceability of the appliance, are excluded from the
warranty.
The warranty claim must be verified by the original receipt of purchase, on which the
date of purchase is clearly visible.
Within the period of warranty, repair under the warranty will be fulfilled at our own
discretion, either by repair or exchange of appliance.
The warranty period does not automatically extend, it remains at the original warranty
period of the initial appliance, this ceases after 24 months. Excluded from the warranty
is damage or defects that occur through incorrect treatment or operation, as well as
defects arising from the use of non-original parts.
Warranty is not guaranteed if damage is caused due to external influences, such as
lightning, overvoltage, moisture, fire or similar.
