Note: .txt file contains product activation key; .v2c and .exe files contain software HASP key.
Each key contains information on software components the users are allowed to work with.
The users may also be provided with trial software HASP keys for getting familiar with an STC product. Such
keys are valid for a single PC and expire in 90 days after the software has been run for the first time.
A trial key is always a software key and may only be used locally.
To enable using local software on a rental basis, STC leverages Time hardware and software keys. To enable
using network software on a rental basis, STC leverages Net Time hardware and software keys. Time/Net Time
keys have built-in real-time clock, so that as soon as the rental period is over, the key locks the access to the
software or some of its features.
To enable using local software on a permanent basis, STC leverages Pro hardware and software keys.
To enable using network software on a permanent basis, STC leverages Net hardware and software keys.
