Problem Cause/Remedy
tIf the drive tray does not open after

tWait at least 3 seconds for the paper
The receipt printer has
a paper jam. cutter to return to its standby
position. Then insert the supplied
eject pin into the eject hole on the
left to open the receipt printer
cover. After clearing away the
paper jam, close the receipt printer
cover.
