Manufacturer's Limited Warranty

This limited warranty supersedes all other Vertu warranties and liabilities, whether in oral, written, (non-mandatory) statutory,

contractual, tort or any other forms, including but not limited to any implied conditions, warranties or other terms of quality

satisfaction or applicability to the extent permitted by applicable law. However, this limited warranty does not exclude or limit: Your

rights under applicable law (legal rights); or any rights you have granted by the seller of the product.

Vertu assures you (the purchaser of this product): Vertu or Vertu authorized service companies will repair or replace the product (if

Vertu deems it necessary) in accordance with this limited warranty (unless otherwise provided by law), so as to make compensation

for the defects in materials, design and craft of the product free of charge within a commercially reasonable period of time.

Warranty period starts from the date that the first end user purchases the product. Different individual products and parts in the

complete mobile phone may be applicable for different warranty periods. These potentially different warranty periods are as follows:

a. For mobile phones and their internal stationary batteries, the warranty period is twelve (12) months.

b. If they are batteries not listed in a) (either the replaceable batteries included in the mobile phone sales package, the internal

stationary batteries replaced within the warranty period or the batteries sold separately), the warranty period is six ( 6) months.

c. For all other electronic accessories not listed above, including charger, USB cable, data cable, earphone, bluetooth earphone,

voice box, and power bank, the warranty period is twelve (12) months; for all other non-electronic accessories not listed above, the

warranty period is six ( 6) months.
