Within the limit of the applicable law permit, Vertu assumes no responsibility for the loss, damage, or destruction of data, profit loss, inapplicable product, or loss of function, contract loss, loss of revenue or expected savings, increase of expense or expenditure or any indirect, subsequent or special loss or damage.

    The product OS supports official system update, so we suggest using online upgrade. If user roots third- party’s ROM system or modifies system files in a cracking way, it may lead to system instability and cause certain safety risk.
