b) Use with DMX Controller
Each DMX device in a DMX chain requires a so-called DMX starting address to be clearly identified by the
controller. This DMX starting address specifies the first DMX channel to which the effect light responds.
The remaining control channels come after this first DMX channel (DMX starting address).
The effect light requires 12 DMX channels.
Setting the DMX starting address
• Press ESC (7) repeatedly until Axxx appears (xxx defines the DMX start address).
• Select the desired DMX start address with the buttons UP (8) or DOWN (9) and confirm your input with
the button ENTER (10).
If a device recognises a DMX signal at the input, the display DMX512 (11) flashes.
The following table provides information about the effects of the settings on the individual DMX channels.
