TOP TIPS
2
At least five servings of fruit and
2
vegetables should be eaten every
day to keep healthy. As the juice of
the fruit and vegetables contains
1
95% of nutrients, juicing is an ideal
and easier way to ensure that you
1
get the necessary minerals and
vitamins.
1
Juices are quickly absorbed by the
body and are therefore the fastest
1
way to get nutrients into the body.
Always use fresh fruit and
1
vegetables for juicing, and ensure
they are washed thoroughly before
1
use.
It will be necessary to remove any
1 or 2
stones or pips from the fruit or
vegetables before juicing.
1
Use speed 2 for all firm fruit and
2 for hard
vegetable types.
Speed 1 is used for soft fruits and
or 1 for soft
citrus fruits.
Fruit juice will need to settle for a
2
few minutes. It will not go clear.
Remove the froth before drinking if
1
preferred.
It is not recommended to store the
juice once extracted, as Nutritional
values will be lost.
