    TERSus Installation Manual Model 1200 (GFI #4570) & Model 2000 (GFI #4560) Removing & Replacing the Door To REMOVE the door to the TERSus system follow these steps: 1. Twist the two locking knobs such that they are vertical to the short edge of the unit. (See Figure 1) 2.

Make sure to install the TERSus so that the inlet or return air enters the side containing the MERV 13 particulate reduction filter cartridge first.     TERSus Installation Manual Model 1200 (GFI #4570) & Model 2000 (GFI #4560) Maintenance Frequency  WARNING: Disconnect power to the unit before commencing inspection and cleaning.  CAUTION : Wear disposable, non-absorbent protective gloves prior to inspection procedure in case of accidental glass breakage. Inspect and clean the lamp at least every 6 months.
  • Page 10 ® Replacing the Lamps Recommended every 12 months of continuous service. • Replace only with a germicidal replacement lamp; GFI #4564. • Follow the steps to remove the lamp (Figure 12). Replace with the new replacement lamp.  CAUTION : If blue light leaks through any portion of ductwork, immediately unplug power supply cord and seal affected areas. UV lamps contain a small amount of mercury, like a typical fluorescent lamp.
