This manual belongs to the product. It contains important notes
on operating the unit.
Dispose of the packaging materials carefully; the plastic bags
may become a deadly toy for children.
The solar snowman is not a toy. It does not belong in the hands
of children.
The solar snowman has been designed as a decorative article.
Do not use it as sole light source for pathways or similar.
Please only use a NiMH rechargeable battery 1.2 V with at least
600 mAh of the size (AA). NiCd batteries are only of very limited
use due to their memory effect. Ordinary, non-rechargeable
batteries must not be used.
Rechargeable batteries may not be disassembled, burned or
short-circuited.
The solar snowman is splash water proof (IP44).
Wipe the solar snowman either with a lightly moistened cloth or
use a soft brush or hand broom with soft bristles. Do not im-
merse the solar snowman in water or any other liquid. Do not
use aggressive chemicals or abrasives for cleaning in order not
to damage the surfaces.
Do not disassemble the unit or attempt to repair it yourself. It
does not contain parts serviceable by you. In the case of ques-
tions or problems, turn to our customer support.
