GENERALITÀ Sono caldaie in ghisa ad ALTO RENDIMENTO, ideali per il riscaldamento di edifici di medio-grandi dimensioni. Sono studiate per l'accoppiamento con nostri bruciatori a gasolio o a gas ad aria soffiata. Vengono fornite in 3 colli, corpo in ghisa montato, scatola mantello e scatola cruscotto. Le caladaie serie GIG-K sono abbinabili per la produzione di acqua calda sanitaria con un bollitore. -

INSTALLAZIONE L’installazione della caldaia deve essere effettuata solo da Personale Qualificato, seguendo le indicazioni del Costruttore ed in ottemperanza a tutte le leggi e disposizioni che regolano la materia. Si raccomanda in particolar modo il rispetto delle norme in materia di sicurezza e di quelle che regolano la costruzione e l’ubicazione delle canne fumarie. -

COLLEGAMENTI ELETTRICI - SCHEMI Effettuare i collegamenti dei circolatori, del bruciatore e dell’eventuale termostato ambiente, rispettando le indicazioni degli schemi allegati. Si raccomanda di interporre tra la rete e l’apparecchio un interruttore bipolare, con apertura dei contatti di almeno 3 mm. Si raccomanda inoltre di collegare l’apparecchio ad un buon impianto di terra. -

VERIFICHE E CONTROLLI PRIMA DELL’ACCENSIONE INIZIALE Prima dell’accensione iniziale, è buona norma controllare che: l’impianto sia riempito alla giusta pressione e che sia ben sfiatato; non vi siano perdite d’acqua o di combustibile; l’alimentazione elettrica sia corretta; tutto il condotto fumi sia stato eseguito correttamente e che non sia troppo vicino o attraversi parti infiammabili;... -

ISTRUZIONI MONTAGGIO 1. La caldaia può essere fornita: con elementi smontati, in 4 colli separati contenenti Mantello, Cruscotto, Elementi, accessori per il montaggio degli elementi. Seguire le istruzioni allegate al gruppo elementi per l’assemblaggio del corpo caldaia. Seguire le istruzioni seguenti per l’assemblaggio di mantellatura e cruscotto.
