    2.1 Install and register ClonerAlliance Helper (Windows Users) 1. Install ClonerAlliance Helper ClonerAlliance Helper is a smart program to record video discs, game videos, homemade videos or anything from any video source under Windows OS working together with ClonerAlliance Flint 4KP Pro.

    Solution for Unsupported Resolution ClonerAlliance Flint 4KP Pro doesn’t support 4K upscale, that means if you select 4K in the software but the resolution of your source device is 1080p or below, the preview screen will prompt ”Unsupported resolution”.

    Make sure your video source supports HDR mode, you can monitor the source video format through ClonerAlliance helper software. Please connect the device first and enable the HDR function of the source video device. Then open the ClonerAlliance Helper software and open the device settings window in the software.
