(*99***1#), select Allow other people to
use this connection.

Consult the cellular mobile network
operator for the username and the
password. In most cases, these can be
left empty.

From the "Device Manager", select the
modem Qualcomm HS-USB Modem
90B2 under use and right click to show
the "Properties" window:
Add AT&S0 on the "Extra Initialization
Command" line and click OK.
Then click Connect to finalize the
procedure.
