    Operation 5.7 Warranty JULABO provides a warranty that the device will function perfectly as long as it is connected and used correctly and as described in the operating manual. The warranty period is one year from the invoice date. The following Warranty Provisions shall apply to products sold in North America by JULABO (“Seller”) to the entity shown as buyer (“Buyer”) on Seller’s invoice.
