Troubleshooting

If faults occur during operation of the device, you should
fi rst check the table below before contacting your
specialist dealer or our customer service department.
In the case of technical defects, the device may only be
repaired by range specialists.
Problem

• Check whether the mains plug is
correctly connected.
• Switch the device off and on again.
Cannot read disc
• The player needs up to 10 seconds to
read in DVDs.
• For MP3, WMA and JPEG discs up to
15 seconds are required.

No picture
• Check the cable connections and the
