Verschlußkontrolle
E A regular inspection of the sealing is important. It is easy to
check the sealing by comparing it to the illustrations below.
D Die Kontrolle des Verschlußes ist sehr einfach und sollte in re-
gelmäßigen Zeitabständen an Hand nachstehender Abbil-
dungen durchgeführt werden.
E Sealing too shallow
This sealing is too shallow. The punch is not adjusted deep enough
and the strap is not cut properly. Adjust imediately.
D Verschluß zu flach
Die Einstanztiefe ist ungenügend. Das obere Band wird nicht abge-
schnitten und der Verschluß ist nicht ausreichend stark. Eine Jus-
tierung der Stanztiefe soll unmittelbar vorgenommen werden.
E Penetration too deep
This sealing is not perfect either: the punch is adjusted too deep and
the knife makes a mark on the lower strap. Adjust immediately.
D Verschluß zu tief
Auch diese Einstellung ist falsch: die Einstanzung ist zu tief und das
untere Band wird auch eingeschnitten. Eine Justierung der Stanztiefe
soll unmittelbar vorgenommen werden.
E Correct sealing
This illustration shows a correct sealing, where the penetration is as
deep as one strap thickness. The strap has been cut properly without
marks on the lower part.
D Verschluß einwandfrei
Das Bild zeigt einen richtigen Verschluß. Die Einstanztiefe ist etwa
eine Bandbreite. Das obere Bandende ist sauber abgeschnitten und
est gibt keine Schneidespuren in dem unteren Bandende.
Vérification de l'empreinte
S Regelbunden kontroll av förseglingen är viktig. Det är enkelt
att bedöma förseglingens kvalitet genom att jämföra den med
bilderna nedan.
F Contrôlez régulièrement l'état de l'empreinte. Il est facile à
vérifier en le comparant avec les illustrations en bas.
S Stansning för grund
Denna stansning är för grund. Stansen ger ingen ordentlig för-
segling och bandet skärs inte riktigt av. Justera omedelbart.
F Pénétration trop faible
L'empreinte est trop faible; le feuillard supérieur n'est pas coupé.
Le matriçage n'est pas suffisant et doit être corrigé

S För djup stansning
Denna stansning är också felaktig: stansen går för djupt och
kniven gör ett märke i den undre parten av bandet. Justera
omedelbart.
F Pénétration trop profonde
Cette empreinte est également mauvaise: le matriçage est trop fort
et provoque une empreinte sur le feuillard inférieure. Faites une
correction immédiatement.
S Korrekt försegling
Bilden visar en korrekt försegling med ett stansdjup lika med en
bandtjocklek. Bandet har klippts av rent, utan märke i den nedre
parten.
F Matriçage correct
L'illustration montre une bonne pénétration de l'empreinte. Les
nervures du matriçage ne forment plus qu'une épaisseur de
feuillard. Le feuillard supérieur est coupé proprement et le cou-
teau n'a pas provoqué d'empreinte sur le feuillard inférieur
