3. MISE EN PLACE DE LA TORCHE

FITTING THE TORCH

La torche est équipée à sa sortie d'usine :
d'une gaine intérieure guide-fil
d'un tube-contact 0,8 et 0,6
d'un guide-fil ∅0,6 et 0,8
Raccorder la torche sur le raccord central.
Visser le volant de fixation de la torche.
Mettre l'interrupteur Arrêt/ Marche en position
marche.
Appuyer sur la gâchette de la torche. Faire sortir le
fil de quelques centimètres du nez de la torche.
Maintenir la sécurité de dévidage avec la main
libre.

4. RACCORDEMENT AU RESEAU

CONNECTIONS TO MAINS ELECTRICAL SUPPLY

Avant de raccorder le poste au réseau, il est essentiel
de vérifier que la tension d'alimentation du poste
correspond bien à la tension du réseau. Cette opération
étant correctement effectuée, le câble primaire
d'alimentation du poste peut être branché sur une prise
de courant ou les bornes du réseau.

ATTENTION : ne jamais raccorder le
conducteur vert et jaune, repéré par le symbole terre
, aux bornes du réseau ; ce dernier est destiné
(conformément aux normes en vigueur) à la mise à la
terre du poste.

On leaving the works the PROMIG 180 torch is equipped with :
an interior wire guide sheath
a 0.8 and 0.6 contact tube
a 0.8 and 0.6 wire guide
Connect the torch to the centre connector.
Screw down the torch retaining ring.
Set ON/OFF switch to "on" position.
Press the trigger on the torch to feed a few
centimeters of electrode wire from the tip of the
torch. Maintain wire feeder safety with your hand.
Before connecting the SAFOR MR 200 to the local
electrical mains supply check that the local supply
voltage is suitable for the machine. The welding
installation primary cable may then be plugged into or
otherwise connected to the mains supply.

CAUTION : the green and yellow wire
marked with the earth symbol
connected to the mains supply. In accordance with
applicable standards, this wire is intended for
earthing the welding set.
