1) DEBALLAGE

UNPACKING

ATTENTION : la stabilité de l'installation est
assurée jusqu'à une inclinaison de 10°.
Le NERTABLOC TH 400 PW est livré sur palette.
A l'ouverture de l'emballage celui-ci doit contenir :
 1 NERTABLOC TH 400 PW avec son câble
d'alimentation 4 x 16 m² longueur 5 m,
 1 tuyau Argon,
 1 câble de soudage de section 50 m²
long. 5 m équipé d'une prise de masse,
 1 instruction de sécurité d'emploi et d'entretien,
réf. : 8695-0440
 1 bon de garantie.

The NERTABLOC TH 400 PW is delivered on a pallet.
The pack should contain :
Etape 1 :
Monter sur le câble primaire A1 une
prise mâle monophasé + terre
suivant le courant absorbé (voir
chapitre A).
L'alimentation doit être protégée par
un dispositif (fusible ou disjoncteur)
de calibre correspondant au courant
absorbé suivant la tension
d'alimentation.

CAUTION : equipment stability is ensured
up to an angle of 10°.
 1 NERTABLOC TH 400 PW with supply cable
4 x 16 m² length 5m,
 1 argon pipe,
 1 welding cable, cross section 50 m² length 5m
fitted with an earth connection,
 1 set of operating and maintenance safety
instructions, part n°: 8695-0440
 1 warranty slip.
Step 1 :
Fit the A1 primary cable with a single
phase + earth male plug to suit the
current consumption (see chapter
A).
The current supply must be
protected by a fuse or circuit breaker
with a suitable capacity for the
current consumption according to
the supply voltage.
