Set-up, installation and commissioning
Connect the measuring hose of the pressure gauge (3) to the Minimess
connection of the hose line (2) (see fig. 40).

Pressure test of the zero stroke control with a constant
pressure system
Danger of bursting of the hydraulic system or of attachment components with
a setting of > 55 bar!
Risk of serious injury!
Never change the sealed zero stroke control which has been fixedly set at
the factory.
Any setting is only admissible by the Bosch Rexroth service.
Switch on the hydraulic pump at the "ON" switch.
The pump must start up.
At the P/T distributor, set the switch-over lever to the operating position
(vertical position).
Check the zero stroke pressure.
The pointer in the pressure gauge is constant.
Read off the value.
