Transportation within a building

General
The WS290 training system may be moved at any time and set up at
another location.
During transportation, consider the following:
Ensure that the doors and passages are sufficiently wide.
Remove any attachments and device sets not required beforehand.
Do not exceed the max. admissible load-bearing capacity of the rollers
(max. 450 kg total weight).
Tighten the transport lock at the load simulator.
Ensure before transportation that no mineral oil can leak and drain the tank,
if necessary.
Do not transport any other objects or persons with the WS290 training system.
Proceed as follows:
Switch off the main switch at the WS290.
Pull the mains plug.
Risk of tilting of the WS290 training system! The center of gravity is possibly not
in the middle; depending on the attachment the center of gravity shifts!
Risk of injury during lifting and transportation!
During lifting and transportation, always move the training system carefully
with at least two people to avoid tilting.
Only lift the WS290 training system from the operator side by means of a
lift truck.
Create a corresponding support by means of wood due to the small contact
surface of the substructure.
Loosen the locking device of the guide rollers.
On a slope, secure with several people.
Push the WS290 training system to the new location using the 4 guide rollers.
Place the WS290 training system on solid and level ground.
Lock the locking devices of the guide rollers.
The WS290 training system may be stored (see chapter 8.3 "Storage") or
reconnected to the energy supply (see chapter 9.4 "Electric installation").
When putting the system down during transportation, the parking brakes on
the wheels have to be locked at all times.
