3 About the product ® Esco Medical AVT-1 is an anti-vibration table, intended to be used with high- magnification microscopes. It isolates the microscope from vibrations generated in the room where the table is placed and from vibration generated above or below any part of the table top, that is not part of the AVT platform.

Switch off the devices on the table and remove the mains leads. Clean the surfaces of ® AVT-1 with a 70% alcohol solution, using a lint-free cloth. A list with approved cleaning liquids can be supplied on request.
9 Maintenance ® Esco Medical AVT-1 is designed to be easy to use and requires almost no mainte- nance at all. Over time, adjustments may become necessary. The rubber paste should be changed every 2 years, the springs – every 6 years.
