6 in. BENCH GRINDER WITH PCB LCD READOUT
1.
Align the tool's mounting holes with the corresponding
pedestal holes.
2.
Slide a flat washer over a 1/4-20 x 1 in. hex head bolt and
insert through the grinder base and pedestal holes.
3.
Slide a 1/4 in. flat washer over the end of the bolt and screw
a 1/4-20 in. hex nut onto the bolt end. Tighten until the
space between the tool's base and pedestal is 1/8 in.
4. Screw a second nut onto the bolt and secure against
the first. This will prevent them from loosening due to
the tool's vibration.
5.
Repeat with other bolt holes.
MOUNT TOOL ON A WOOD WORKBENCH
The hardware to mount the tool is not included.
1.
Clean the work area where the tool will be mounted.
2.
Position the tool, check that it will be level and there are no
obstructions around it that will interfere with a long
workpiece.
3.
Slide a flat washer over a 1/4 x 1 in. wood screw and secure
the grinder in place.
4. Repeat with other bolt holes. Tighten all screws until the
gap between the grinder base and the bench top is 1/8 in.

OPERATION

WARNING! Inspect the grinding wheels before starting the
machine for visible defects such as fissures, cracks or chips. The
wheel may break apart and cause an injury. Replace damaged
grinding wheels immediately (See Care & Maintenance).
CAUTION! Keep your bench grinder clean by removing dust
and grit from working parts, the lower portion of the wheel
guard assembly and the work area surrounding the grinder.
Dust and grit can damage the tool's internal mechanism.
