Delete a name and number
You can delete names and numbers in the
Phonebook using the 'Delete entry' menu.

Delete entry?
Menu Press to view the main menu
OK Press to open the Phonebook
menu
Turn the wheel to select
OK 'Delete entry' and press OK
Turn the wheel to select the
OK first letter for the name and
number and press OK
Turn the wheel to select a
OK name and number and press
OK
OK Press to delete a name and
number
NOTE! If you have opened the Phonebook,
the easiest way to edit, copy or delete an
entry is to press the Extra key and select the
appropriate function.

Copy a name or number
If you have a number or a name which
only needs slight alterations, copy the
name and number and edit it.

Copy entry?
Menu Press to view the main menu

Turn the wheel to select
OK 'Copy entry' and press OK
Turn the wheel to select the
OK first letter for the name and
number and press OK
Turn the wheel to select a
OK name and number and press

OK Press to copy name and
number
C Press C to delete letters – use
the wheel and the OK key to
OK choose new letters for the
name
Turn the wheel until
OK appears and press OK
