It is particularly important that the unit is not filled with creams or gel soaps, which will not dispense properly or may even, cause a blockage. A range of recommended soaps and their specification are available direct from Wallgate or your supplier. -

5. MAINTENANCE (a) Wallgate operates a comprehensive spare parts service through your supplier. Contact your supplier for all spare part & servicing requirements. WARNING: The water heater is a vented type and in no circumstances must the water outlet nozzle be allowed to become blocked or connected to any pipe or tap.
