Step 6
Before cooking always remove
grease hole plug. Hang grease can
wire holder from brackets and insert
empty soup can into holder. Secure
can with wire holder latch.
CAUTION ! After cooking, allow grill
and grease can to cool off
completely before
removing grease can.
Insert grease hole plug
before grill transport or
storage.
CAUTION ! Use gloves or oven mitts
to hold grease can when
undoing wire holder latch
to avoid spilling hot
grease.
Step 7
Place warming rack in holes so that it
sits above the cooking grills.
