1 Rückenpolster
1 Schraubensatz, bestehend aus:
2 selbstsichernde Mutter M6
2 Abdeckkappen M6
2 Dichtscheiben ø6,4 ø18 x 2,5mm
Notwendige Werkzeuge:
Gabel-Ringschlüssel 10
Bohrer ø3, Bohrer ø7
Bohrmaschine
Vorbereitung:
Bohrschablone ausschneiden und wie gezeigt anlegen und die beiden Bohrungen mit dem Bohrer ø3mm vorbohren.
Die Bohrungen mit dem Rückenpolster kontrollieren und ggf. korrigieren. Bohrungen auf ø7mm aufbohren.
Montage des Rückenpolsters:
Das Rückenpolster durch die Bohrungen stecken und von der Innenseite mit den Dichtscheiben (gummierte Seite
auf Topcase-Innenseite) und den selbstsichernden Muttern M6 verschrauben. Die Muttern mit den Kunststoffkappen
M6 abdecken.
Preparing:
Cut out the enclosed drilling template. Place it at the case as indicated in the picture. First, pre-drill 2 holes into the
cover of the Topcase at the marked points using a ø3 mm drill.
Check the holes with the back rest and correct if necessary. Drill holes on ø7mm.

Fastening of the back rest:

insert the back rest through the holes and fix it from the inside with the seal discs (rubber side inside topcase) and
the self-lock nuts M6. Cover the nuts with plastic caps M6.
