IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please read all instructions carefully before assembling.
2. For your safety, assembly by two or more adults is strongly recommended.
3. Keep these instructions for future use.
4. Keep all packing materials until assembly is complete to avoid loss of smaller parts.

TOOLS NEEDED:
Phillips screwdriver (not included)
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Stand the headboard (A) upright, align the side rails (B), and insert the threaded rods (1) into the holes on the
side rails (B). Attach the curved washers (2), lock washers (3), and nuts (4) onto the threaded rods. Tighten
with the spanner wrench (5). Refer to Figure I.
2. Repeat above procedure to attach the footboard.
3. Attach the center support slat foot (F) to the center support slat (E), as shown in Figure II.
4. Place the center support slat (E) into the U-shaped brackets on the headboard (A) using the screws (7), as
shown in Figure III.
5. Place the slat roll (D) into the cleats on the inside of the side rail (B). Screw the ends of the slats to the cleats
using the screws (6), as shown in Figure IV.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Dust often using a clean, soft, dry and lint-free cloth.
2. Blot spills immediately and wipe with a clean, damp cloth.
