ACPI Function This item defines the ACPI (Advanced Configuration and Power Man- agement) feature that makes hardware status information available to the operating system, enables a PC to turn its peripherals on or off for improving the power management, and allows a PC turned on or off by external devices, so that a mouse or keyboard can wake up it.
