CHAPTER 10: AUTOMATIC FAULT WARNINGS AND WHAT
Your machine is equipped with a built-in fault detection system, indicated by a combination of flashing wash
operation lights. The failure codes are shown below.

NEEDS TO BE DONE
POSSIBLE FAULT
The door of your machine
is left open.
The water pressure or
the water level inside the
machine is low.
The pump is faulty or
pump filter is clogged or
electrical connection of the
pump is faulty.
Your machine has
excessive amount of water.
WHAT TO DO
Shut the door properly unitl you
hear the click. If the fault persists,
turn off your machine, unplug it and
contact the nearest authorised service
immediately.
Check that the cold water tap is fully
turned on and that mains water is
not cut-off. If the fault persists, your
machine will stop automatically.
Unplug the machine, turn off the
cold water tap and contact the nearest
authorised service.
Clean the pump filter. If the
problem persists, contact the nearest
authorised service. (*)
Your machine will automatically
drain the water. Turn off your
machine and unplug it. Turn off the
cold water tap and contact the nearest
authorised service.
