Montaż
Aby zabezpieczyć presostat przed
uszkodzeniem spowodowanym silnymi
pulsacjami medium, zaleca się stosowanie
przyłączy tłumiących (rys.2 lub rys.3).
Jeżeli temperatura medium jest wyższa
niż 150°C presostat należy podłączyć za
pomocą rurki kapilarnej (np. miedzianej o
średnicy 10mm). Można zastosować
poduszkę powietrzną.
Presostat powinien być zamontowany
w miejscu zabezpieczającym go przed
zamarzającym medium.
Ustawienie presostatu
Nastawy presostatu dokonuje się przy
używciu pokrętła(5), wartość nastawy można
odczytać na skali głównej (9). Zobacz rys.1.
Mechaniczna różnica załączeń jest nastawiana
poprzez obrót pokrętłem (19) do wartości
wynikającej z nomogramu przedstawionego
na rys. 5. Maksymalne ciśnienie pracy jest
zatem sumą wartości nastawy

Przykład
Presostat RT 116 jest stosowany do regulacja
ciśnienia w kotle olejowym. Ciśnienie
maksymalne w kotle wynosi 9bar, ciśnienie
minimalne 8,2 bar. Mechaniczna różnica
załączeń wynosi zatem 9 - 8,2 = 0,8 bar
1. Podłącz pompę kotła olejowego do
styków 1-2 presostatu
2. Ustaw wartość nastawy na 8,2 bar przy
użyciu pokrętła (5)
3. Ustaw wartość mechanicznej różnicy
załączeń 4. na 6. - wartość ta została
odczytana z nomogramu znajdującego
się na rys. 5

Fitting
Damp out strong pressure pulsations.
A damping coil, fi g. 2 or fi g. 3, will often be
suffi cient.
Insert a water-fi lled tube loop as a
temperature lock (e.g. a 10 mm Cu tube) if at
high plant temperatures there is a risk that
the pressure connection of the control will
become heated to more than 150°C.

Position the pressure control so that on
water plant it cannot be exposed to frost. It
can operate on an air cushion, for example.
Setting
The pressure controller is set by rotating the
knob (5), at the same time reading the main
scale (9). See fi g. 1.
The diff erential is set by rotating the
diff erential adjusting nut (19) to the value
indicated by the use of the nomogram in
fi g. 5. The maximum operating pressure is
thus the sum of t<he setting pressure and
the diff erential.
Example
It is desired to control the pressure in an oil-
fi red steam boiler by the use of an RT 116.
Maximum pressure 9 bar.
Minimum
pressure 8.2 bar.
Diff erential 9 - 8.2 = 0.8 bar.
1. Connect the oil burner to terminals 1-2
of the pressu re controlIer.
2. Set the pressure controller for 8.2 bar by
rotating the knob (5).
3. Set the diff erential adjusting nut (19) at
the fi gure 6 which is found by reading
the nomogram in fi g. 5.
