Combustion head extension
With this kit, it is possible to extend the burner combustion head by 135 mm.
It consists of the following components:

All the installation, maintenance and disassembly operations must be carried out with the electricity supply
disconnected.
DANGER
• Dismantle the blast tube assembly 7) removing the screws 8).
• Dismantle the diffuser disc 9), the electrode 10), the earth electrode 11), the screws 15), the U-bolt 14) and the nozzles 12).
• Replace the high voltage connection 13), unscrewing it from the ignition transformer, with the one supplied in the kit.
• Assemble the extensions 3); assemble the nozzles, on the nozzle holder 16), and the support 6) on the extensions.
• Use the U-bolt 14) and screws 15) to assemble the electrode 10) on the support 6), engaging the high voltage connection 5),
and the earth electrode 11): make sure the parts are positioned as indicated in the burner instruction booklet.
• Assemble the diffuser disc 9) on the support 6), using the screws 4).
• Finally, insert the blast tube extension 1) on the collar 17), locking it with the screws 8), and assemble the blast tube 7) on the
extension, fixing it with the screws 2).
Once the assembly is completed, check the coaxiality between the diffuser disc and the blast tube, and restore it if necessary.

on the burner.
