7.4 Warranty for the Rotating Nozzles

The TAIFUN-CLEAN rotating nozzles are covered by a warranty period of 12 months.
The warranty becomes invalid in case of:
▪ usage contrary to specification, e.g. unsuitable compressed air, sticky dust
▪ rotating nozzles which have been opened or manipulated by the customer
▪ mechanical damage

7.5 Replacing the Rotating Nozzles

Only use the special mounting tool TCK7 for mounting and dismounting the rotat-
ing nozzles
Dismounting the rotating nozzle
1. Remove the cover disc, if present, by loosening the screws.
2. Set the mounting tool TCK7 on the rotating nozzle.
3. Screw the rotating nozzle in a counter-clockwise direction out of the thread holder
using the mounting tool TCK7.
Mounting the rotating nozzle
1. Set the mounting tool TCK7 on the rotating nozzle.
2. Make sure that a plastic washer is laid between the rotating nozzle and the holding
thread of the cleaning device.
3. Turn the mounting tool TCK7 in a clockwise direction, until the rotating nozzle is
hand-tight.
4. If necessary, mount the cover disc again.

7.6 Replacing the Ionisers

CAUTION
Risk of injury due to sharp parts
The emitters of the ionisers are sharp and can cause injury.

Do not touch the emitter tips.
1. Release attachment screws as shown in
2. Carefully pull out the ioniser in the direction shown.
3. Fit replacement ioniser by working in reverse order.
