WARNING

De-energise all components before you begin working.

Loose compressed air lines and connectors can cause severe injury.

Before starting any work, depressurise all components.

7.1 Maintenance Plan

Clean the TAIFUN-CLEAN unit whenever contaminated, however at least every
4 weeks.

7.2 Maintenance of the Rotating Nozzles

If used as intended, the TAIFUN-CLEAN rotating nozzle is maintenance-free.

Check firm seating of the rotating nozzles in the TAIFUN-CLEAN device using only
the special mounting tool TCK7

1. Remove the cover disc, if present, by loosening the screws.
2. Set the mounting tool TCK7 on the rotating nozzle.
3. Turn the mounting tool TCK7 in a clockwise direction, until the rotating nozzle is
hand-tight.
4. If necessary, mount the cover disc again.
