INSTALLATION

Mount the metal brackets to the desired height in a
doorframe using the supplied mounting screws. You can
for example use the door bar in this position to perform
chin-ups, elongation of the upper body and other
exercises where the entire body weight rests on the
brackets.
Fit the plastic brackets to the desired height in a
doorframe using the supplied mounting screws. These
are used for exercises that provide less load in brackets.
You can for example use the door bar to lock your legs
when you are doing sit-ups, or use it as a grip for push-
ups (Push-Up Bar) or similar .
In this way you will not have to screw loose fasteners
from the door frame when you switch between different
exercises.
HangOn has an adjustable length
from 64 -100 cm and therefore fits in
most doorways and other openings.
To attach it to the plastic brackets
rotate quite easily the end pieces clockwise until it is short enough to be put in place
in the opening, then you should rotate only pieces counterclockwise to squeeze the
door bar on site. Ensure that the door bar is fully inserted into the brackets and that it
do not only hang in the edges.
