TROUBLESHOOTING

Before requesting any service on your unit, please check the following points:
Problem
No Heat
Oven has not reached
proper temperature
Convection fan
does not run
Food cooks unevenly
Food is dry
Oven cycles 3 times
and locks itself out

Possible Cause
Defective Ignitor
Power switch on control panel is off
Doors are open
Defective door switch
Gas valve set to the closed position
Pre-set temperature is not reached
Problem with main temperature control
Oven has no electrical power
Circuit breaker tripped
Doors are open
Defective door switch
Incorrect oven temperature
Using a dark or glass baking pan
Oven temperature too high
Door opened too often
Defective flame sensor
Call Customer Service
Turn Power Switch to ON
Close Doors

Turn gas valve to the open position
Allow oven to reach pre-set temperature
