3. Install the front shroud. Refer to 10.4.2
Removing/Installing the Front Shroud Assembly, page 77.
4. Slide the rear battery R into the battery box with the
connector towards the rear of the wheelchair.

5. Connect the rear battery harness (red handle) Q.
6. Lift the battery door assembly N with power module P
and attached cables over the right rear swingarm and
position it at the rear of the battery box.

7. Lift up and install the battery door assembly onto the
battery box.
Ensure the hooks on the battery box are seated
properly in the slots on the battery box door.
The power module P and GTRAC module W will
remain attached to the battery door assembly
during this procedure.
8. Install the two bolts M to secure the battery door assembly
N to the rear of the battery box O. Torque to 90 in-lbs (7.5
ft-lbs, 10 Nm).
