OPERATING CYCLE
The operation of the ice maker, water refilling, and controlled ice storage, require proper functioning
and timing of all the components.
Consider the following:
1. Has the refrigerator been properly installed and connected to sources of electrical power and
water.
2. Has the freezer compartment evaporator pulled down to temperature.
3. Have several ice making cycles been completed and is the ice maker in the freezing cycle.
4. Is the ice maker thermostat single throw switch in series with the mould heater.
5. Do the ejector blades make two revolutions per cycle. Is ice stored on the blades after harvest.
6. Is the water valve solenoid wired in series with the mould heater.
